交往管理是一种更高层次、更深内涵的人本化管理,它顺应了组织管理理论的发展趋向。在对传统经验管理、科学管理弊端反思的基础上,本文汲取交往理念与精神,将交往融入组织管理,提出了“交往管理”的概念。交往管理以交往理念与精神塑造组织成员的思维方式,倡导以团队和授权为导向,强化人本要素,提升管理效率,在组织结构、组织文化、组织成员角色等方面具有显著特征,它昭示着组织管理理论发展的新趋向。
Communication management is a kind of humanistic management of higher level and deeper connotation. It conforms to the development trend of organization management theory. Based on the reflection of traditional experience management and scientific management abuses, this paper draws on the concept and spirit of communication, integrates communication into organization and management, and puts forward the concept of “communication management ”. Communication management, with the concept and spirit of communication, shapes the thinking mode of the members of the organization, advocates the team-oriented and authorization-oriented, strengthens the human-based elements and improves the management efficiency.
