可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术是利用二极管激光器的波长调谐特性,获得被测气体特征吸收光谱范围内的吸收光谱,实现气体的定量分析。这种方法具有高灵敏、高选择性、快速响应、在线测量等诸多优点。介绍了利用TDLAS技术测量火焰中二氧化碳浓度的实验方法,并对消除燃烧中气体湍流造成光强波动的方法进行了研究,得到了较理想的结果。
Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) is the use of diode laser wavelength tuning characteristics of the measured gas to obtain the absorption spectrum within the characteristic absorption spectrum to achieve quantitative gas analysis. This method has many advantages such as high sensitivity, high selectivity, quick response, on-line measurement and so on. The experimental method of measuring carbon dioxide concentration in flame by TDLAS is introduced. The method of eliminating the fluctuation of light intensity caused by gas turbulence in combustion is studied, and the ideal result is obtained.
