本研究采用热重、差热、微机联合解析,对表面处理过的国产PAN系炭纤维增强炭复合材料进行了TG-DTA分析,得出了不同处理条件下的复合材料在空气中的失重及其速率、温度、差热峰强度等的变化规律。同时,用扫描电镜观察了材料的断口形貌,说明炭纤维与基体的结合程度对其热效应也有影响。结果表明,炭纤维表面处理将给复合材料的抗氧化烧蚀等高温使用性能带来一定的影响。
In this study, TG-DTA analysis of surface-treated PAN-based carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composites was carried out by means of thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis and computer-aided analysis. The weight loss of composites under different processing conditions in air was obtained. Its rate, temperature, difference peak intensity and other changes. At the same time, the fracture appearance of the material was observed by scanning electron microscopy, indicating that the degree of bonding between carbon fiber and the matrix also has an influence on the thermal effect. The results show that the carbon fiber surface treatment will give certain impact on the high temperature performance of the composite such as oxidation and ablation.
