在城市修建性详细规划过程中,投资效益评估法是一种科学合理、经济可行的项目改造方法,经过大量的城市修建事实证明,投资效益评估法在城市修建性详细规划中能够起到控制投资成本、获得高效的投资收益,同时能够保证城市规划工作的顺利开展。本文以南安市柳湖片区的修建性详细计划为例,从讨论城市修建性详细规划中推广和应用投资效益评估法的可行性及必要性入手,指出投资效益评估法推广和运用的基本原则,并对投资效益评估法的实施提供一些参考意见。
