企业经营机制的转换,已成为当前改革开放的热点。“转换”的模式很多,打破“三铁一大”似乎是共同的“突破口”。诚然,我们的机构过于臃肿,许多地方人浮于事的现象并不鲜见。一些企业家在劳动用工制度上向旧的传统观念宣战,精神确实可嘉。但是,拿全员劳动合同制来说吧,笔者以为我们的企业家在考虑生产、销售和效益的同时,是否也不要偏颇了职工的生活,
The transformation of the operating mechanism of enterprises has become the hot spot of current reform and opening up. There are many modes of “converting”, and breaking the “triple one” seems to be a common “breakthrough”. It is true that our institutions are too bloated and that the phenomenon of oversight in many localities is not uncommon. Some entrepreneurs declared war on old traditional concepts in the labor employment system, and the spirit was indeed commendable. However, in terms of the full-time labor contract system, the author thinks that our entrepreneurs should not be biased towards the lives of workers when considering production, sales, and benefits.
