目的建立工作场所空气中丁二烯的热解析气相色谱分析方法。方法工作场所空气中的丁二烯经活性炭管吸收,于180° C解析进行气相色谱定性定量分析。结果方法线性范围0-0.1025μg/ml,相关系数:0.999,方法精密度RSD=1.43%,回收率:90.86-104.90%,方法检出限为:3.39×10-4ug/ml;空气中甲烷、丁烯、丙烯、戊烷、己烷不干扰测定。结论此方法各项指标均达到《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中1,3-丁二烯的检测。“,”[Objective] To establish Thermal desorption gas chromatographic method for 1, 3-butadiene in work place air. [Methods]The samples col ected by active carbon were analyzed after thermal desorption at 180℃. [Results] The method showed a good linearity within the concentration range of 0-0.1025 μg/ml (r>0.999). The detection limit based on a signal to noise ratio of 3:1 was 3.39×10-4 μg/ml. The relative standard deviation of peak areas for 1, 3-butadiene standard was 1.43%. The recoveries of the method ranged from 90.86% to 104.90%. Other volatile organic solvents such as methane, butylenes, propylene, n-pentane and n-hexane are not interferential substances. [Conclusion]This method meets the requirements of “Standardization of methods for determination of toxic substances in work place air”. It is feasible for determination of 1, 3-butadiene in work place air.
