我于1984年走上工厂领导岗位,1992年担任党委书记。作为一名基层党务工作者,我亲身经历了工厂改革发展的风风雨雨,尝到了企业党务工作的酸甜苦辣。是党的教育和组织的委托,使我忠于职守,勤奋工作,为加强党的建设、推进工厂发展做出不懈的努力。在各级组织、广大党员和职工的共同奋斗下,我厂各项改革不断深化,生产经营持续发展,两个文明建设取得优异成绩。我本人也被评为全国优秀思想政治工作者和全国优秀党务工作者。 I took the leading position in the factory in 1984 and served as party secretary in 1992. As a grass-roots party worker, I personally experienced the ups and downs of the factory reform and development, tasted the ups and downs of enterprise party work. I myself have also been rated as one of the best ideological and political workers in the country and an outstanding party worker in the country.
