培养化学师范生的说课能力,对于全面提高师范生的综合素质,促使其毕业后尽快适应基础教育工作岗位具有重要意义。本文以化学师范生为研究对象,结合现代教育学理论和心理学理论,对化学师范生的说课能力进行了深入的研究与探讨。明确化学说课能力的定义,建构化学说课能力的构成要素,研究影响说课能力的因素,采取更新观点、重视学习、强化训练等策略培养和提高化学师范生的说课能力。
It is of great significance to cultivate the ability of teaching chemistry students to say a lesson in order to comprehensively improve the overall quality of normal students and promote them as soon as possible after graduation to adapt to basic education jobs. In this paper, chemistry students as the research object, combined with modern pedagogy and psychology theory, chemistry proficiency students say that the ability to conduct an in-depth study and discussion. To clarify the definition of chemistry class ability, to construct the elements of chemistry class ability, to study the factors that affect the ability to say class, to adopt new strategies, to emphasize learning, to strengthen training and other strategies to cultivate and improve the ability of chemistry students in class.
