本文着重分析北京起重运输机械研究所设计的30.5吨集装箱装卸桥的振动特性,在分析中应用模态综合技术。对具有一个对称面的结构,从Craig约束模态综合法的基本思想出发,推导了对称结构的约束模态法,编制了AA1程序,计算了集装箱装卸桥的振动特性,并与SAP 5计算结果进行比较,两者低阶模态基本接近。本方法可节省机时,适用于中小型计算机上进行运算,具有一定的优点。
This article focuses on analyzing the vibration characteristics of the 30.5-ton container loading and unloading bridge designed by Beijing Institute of Crane and Transportation Machinery, and modal synthesis technology is applied in the analysis. For the structure with one symmetry plane, from the basic idea of Craig’s constrained modal synthesis method, the constrained modal method of symmetrical structure is deduced. The AA1 program is compiled and the vibration characteristics of the container loading and unloading bridge are calculated. For comparison, the two modes are close to each other. The method can save machine time and is suitable for computing on small and medium-sized computers and has certain advantages.
