针对我国矿井安全生产状况,提出了一种基于射频芯片nRF401的无线监测系统。该系统由多个现场终端和监测中心组成。现场终端采用温湿度传感器SHT11,以定时方式和随机方式检测矿井内的温湿度,通过nRF401模块完成与监控中心的无线数据通信。实验测试结果表明:系统的温度监测范围为-10~80℃,湿度误差为±3%;能够实现温湿度数据的实时、可靠传输。
Aiming at the status of mine safety production in our country, a wireless monitoring system based on RF chip nRF401 is proposed. The system consists of multiple field terminals and monitoring centers. Field terminal temperature and humidity sensor SHT11, to detect the temperature and humidity in the mine in a regular manner and random manner, through the nRF401 module to complete the wireless data communication with the monitoring center. Experimental results show that: the system temperature monitoring range of -10 ~ 80 ℃, humidity error of ± 3%; temperature and humidity data can be real-time, reliable transmission.
