本文对近年来在中药麦芽炮制过程中的问题,诸如麦芽的药材来源不同;芽长差别悬殊;麦芽能否炒制,以及是否可以入煎剂等,结合文献资料,阐述了作者的观点。作者认为,研究中药炮制应在中医理论指导下,紧密结合中医长期用药的经验和临床实践的检验,注意中药所含成分的复杂性和炮制过程中的各种影响因素,防止简单化。
This article elaborates the author’s point of view on the issues of malt processing in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, such as the different sources of medicinal materials such as malt, the disparity in shoot length, the frying of malt, and the possibility of decoction. The author believes that the study of traditional Chinese medicine processing should be based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine theory, closely integrated with the long-term use of traditional Chinese medicine experience and clinical practice test, pay attention to the complexity of the ingredients contained in traditional Chinese medicine and the processing of various factors in the process to prevent simplification.
