研究了变质处理对ZA27合金初生相的形态和分布的影响.试验结果表明:加入适量的变质剂,如K2TiF6,K2ZrF6,KBF4等,在适当的处理工艺条件下,ZA27合金的初生相由通常条件下的粗大枝晶变为均匀分布的细小粒状晶体;细化处理使合金的塑性明显提高,延伸率由1%~6%增加到15%~20%,强度及硬度基本保持不变.
The effect of modification treatment on the morphology and distribution of the primary phase of ZA27 alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the primary phase of ZA27 alloy is changed from the coarse dendrites to the finely distributed fine granular crystals under the proper processing conditions by adding appropriate modifiers such as K2TiF6, K2ZrF6 and KBF4. The plasticity of the alloy is obviously improved, the elongation increases from 1% ~ 6% to 15% ~ 20%, and the strength and hardness remain basically unchanged.
