目的了解天津市疾病预防控制(疾控)体系信息化人才队伍底数,为我市疾控体系信息化建设提供人力保障。方法设计信息化人才队伍相关情况调查表,利用分类、统计、汇总分析出该市疾控体系信息化人才队伍在规模、年龄、学历、职称、专业等5个方面的构成。结果完成1个省级疾控机构和18个区县疾控中心相关数据分析,从事疾控体系信息化建设管理人员约占全市疾控体系工作人员的2.7%。其中,年龄主要集中在35岁以下,占46.7%;学历多为本科,占51.1%;职称多为初级职称,占53.3%;计算机相关专业人员约占26.7%,缺少专修计算机及相关专业的人员。结论目前,该市疾控体系专门从事信息化工作人才匮乏,天津市各级疾控机构需进一步加强信息化建设过程中的人才培养与引进工作。
Objective To understand the base of information technology personnel in disease prevention and control (disease control) system in Tianjin and provide human resources protection for the informatization construction of disease control system in our city. Methods The questionnaire about the informatization talent team was designed. According to the classification, statistics and summary analysis, the information technology personnel team of the city’s disease control and control system was composed of five aspects in terms of scale, age, academic record, job title and specialty. Results The data analysis of one provincial CDC and 18 CDC of CDC was completed. The information management personnel engaged in CDC system accounting for about 2.7% of the staff in CDC. Among them, the age mainly concentrated in the age of 35, accounting for 46.7%; academic qualifications for undergraduate, accounting for 51.1%; job titles for junior titles, accounting for 53.3%; computer-related professionals accounted for about 26.7%, lack of specialized computer and related professionals . Conclusion At present, the disease control system in the city is mainly engaged in the shortage of information technology personnel. CDC at all levels in Tianjin need to further strengthen the training and introduction of talents in the process of information construction.
