目的探讨血清及胎盘组织中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-I)及一氧化氮(NO)的表达与早发型子痫前期的相关性。方法选择2015年1月-2016年1月于该院接受治疗的30例早发型子痫前期产妇作为观察组以及30例正常产妇作为对照组,通过检测血清及胎盘中IGF-I及NO的表达水平,统计并总结IGF-I及NO表达部位、表达水平与子痫前期之间的相关性。结果同对照组产妇相比较,观察产妇血清及胎盘组织中IGF-I及NO表达水平均明显降低(P<0.05),其下降程度与子痫前期病情呈正相关。结论血清及胎盘组织中IGF-I及NO的表达与早发型子痫前期发病密切相关,其表达程度与病情发展呈正相关,临床可以通过血清及胎盘组织中IGF-I及NO的表达水平作为早发型子痫前期产妇诊断及病情监测、评估的相关参考指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and nitric oxide (NO) in serum and placenta and early onset preeclampsia. Methods Thirty patients with preeclampsia who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group and 30 normal maternal women as the control group. The levels of IGF-I and NO in serum and placenta Level, statistical and summary of IGF-I and NO expression sites, the expression level and the correlation between preeclampsia. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of IGF-I and NO in serum and placenta were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the decrease was positively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia. Conclusions The expression of IGF-I and NO in serum and placenta is closely related to the onset of pre-eclampsia. The expression of IGF-I and NO is positively correlated with the progression of the disease. Clinically, the expression of IGF-I and NO in serum and placenta can be regarded as early Hairstyle pre-eclampsia maternal diagnosis and disease monitoring, evaluation of the relevant reference indicators.
