传统上认为常吃大蒜可增强免疫力,预防疾病。虽然这并不是因为大蒜的“杀菌”效果,而是大蒜中其他成分的功效,不过常吃大蒜对于保健的增进是有其传统和科学根据的。 根据英国的一个大蒜研究中心对146位民众的研究,天天吃大蒜胶囊补充营养品的民众,得感冒的机会比起一般民众更低,发生感冒的时间缩短,且感冒的症状较为轻微。
Traditionally, eating garlic can enhance immunity and prevent disease. Although this is not because of the “bactericidal” effect of garlic, but rather the effectiveness of other ingredients in garlic, it is traditionally and scientifically based on the fact that regular consumption of garlic is a health promotion. According to a study of 146 people at a garlic research center in the United Kingdom, people who eat garlic capsules every day to supplement their nutritional products have a lower chance of getting a cold than ordinary people, shortened the time for a cold, and mild cold symptoms.
