本文研制了可处理焊接接头单向拉伸的多功能有限元程序,并在程序中考虑了焊接接头材料性能不均匀性的影响,可处理不同强度匹配以及不同几何形状的焊接接头单向拉伸过程时的力学问题,并对镍铁焊条焊接QT60-2球铁接头单向拉伸进行数值分析,表明该程序对研究焊接接头试板复杂弹塑性变形问题是十分有效的。
In this paper, we developed a multi-functional finite element program that can handle the uniaxial stretching of the welded joint and considered the influence of the non-uniformity of the material properties of the welded joint in the program. It can deal with uniaxial stretching of welded joints with different strength matching and different geometric shapes The mechanical analysis of the welded joints of QT60-2 ductile iron was carried out. The results show that this procedure is very effective in studying the complex elasto-plastic deformation of welded joints.
