利用微型计算机系统,在精确分析连续驱动摩擦焊能量传递的基础上,采用浮动求差的方法实现了对连续驱动摩擦焊摩擦加热功率的实时检测,并对摩擦焊摩擦加热功率的变化规律进行了研究,为摩擦焊接过程的参数检测与质量控制打下了良好的基础。
Based on the precise analysis of the energy transfer of continuous-drive friction welding, a microcomputer system was used to detect the frictional heating power of continuous-drive friction welding by the method of floating difference. The variation of frictional heating power in friction welding was also studied The research laid a good foundation for the parameter testing and quality control of the friction welding process.
