目的 探讨民营医院临床一线护士焦虑、心理弹性现状及影响因素,为管理者后续干预措施的实施提供针对性建议.方法 横断面研究,分层抽样选取于2020年2月19~20日在定点收治新冠肺炎患者的武汉亚心总医院工作的69例临床一线护士进行问卷调查.问卷包括自编问卷、Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC).结果 抗击新型冠状肺炎一线护士焦虑得分为54.40±13.85分,焦虑发生率为63.77%.心理弹性得分57.51±15.28分.维度得分:坚韧性29.28±8.38分;力量性19.93±5.34分;乐观性8.19±2.75分.相关性分析结果显示心理弹性与焦虑得分呈负相关(r=-0.487,P=0.000).多元线性回归分析结果显示一线工作天数、周边感染人群、工作区域为影响焦虑得分的主要因素(P<0.05,R2=0.335);年龄、生育为影响心理弹性的主要因素(P<0.05,R2=0.358).结论 临床一线护士焦虑水平高于常模,心理弹性水平低于常模;一线工作天数较长以及发热门诊的护士焦虑水平较高;年龄大、工龄长、已婚已育的临床一线护士心理弹性水平较高.医院应加强应对措施,有针对性地改善临床一线护士心理健康状况.“,”Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of anxiety resilience in clinical front-line nurses, and to provide specific suggestions for the implementation of follow-up intervention measures. Methods Cross-sectional study was adopted to use stratified sampling in proportion to different work area. On February 19 to 20, 2020, 69 clinical front-line nurses were investigated in Wuhan Asia General Hospital, which targeted to treat patients with corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-2019). The questionnaire included self-compiled questionnaire, Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC). Results The anxiety score of the first-line nurses was 54.40±13.85, and the incidence of anxiety was 63.77%. The score of CD-RISC was 57.51±15.28. The three dimensions scored were 29.28±8.38 of tenacity, 19.93±5.34 of strength and 8.19±2.75 of optimism. Correlation analysis results showed that mental resilience was negatively correlated with anxiety scores (r=-0.487, P= 0.000). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the working area of the infected people was the main factor affecting the anxiety score(P<0.05, R2=0.335); age, fertility status is the main factor affecting mental resilience(P<0.05, R2=0.358). Conclusion The anxiety level of clinical front-line nurses was higher than national norm, the level of trait resilience of clinical front-line nurses was lower than national norm, the anxiety level of nurses with longer first-line working days and in fever outpatient was higher; the mental resilience level of clinical nurses is high among the older nurses who are married and have children. The hospital should strengthen the countermeasures to improve the mental health status of clinical nurses.
