目的通过检测白塞病(BD)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)分泌白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,探讨T淋巴细胞亚群与BD发病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定45例BD患者和20名健康志愿者PBMC培养上清IL-10和IFN-γ水平。结果①BD活动组PBMC自分泌IL-10水平明显升高,与非活动组、对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);非活动组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。②PBMC分泌IFN-γ水平3组(BD活动组、非活动组、对照组)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。BD患者PBMC分泌IL-10水平明显升高,增高程度与病情活动性相关,IFN-γ分泌水平无明显变化。结论PBMC分泌IL-10水平对BD诊断和病情活动性检测均有一定临床意义。
Objective To investigate the levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in patients with Behçet’s disease (BD) and to explore the relationship between T lymphocyte subsets and BD pathogenesis Relationship. Methods Serum levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in PBMC from 45 BD patients and 20 healthy volunteers were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results ① The level of autocrine IL-10 in PBMCs in BD group was significantly higher than that in non-active group and control group (P <0.01), and that in inactive group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). ② The levels of IFN-γ secreted by PBMC in 3 groups (BD active group, inactive group, control group) showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The level of IL-10 secreted by PBMC in BD patients was significantly higher than that in patients with BD, and the level of IFN-γ secretion had no significant change. Conclusion The level of IL-10 secreted by PBMC has certain clinical significance for the diagnosis of BD and the detection of disease activity.
