在我们很多企业,看到一些管理人员、营销人员非常忙,真是“两眼一睁,忙到熄灯”,就像消防队一样,整天忙于救火,结果事倍功半,吃力不讨好。
In many of our companies, we saw that some managers and marketers were very busy. It was really “a glance at both eyes and a busy day”. Like a fire brigade, it was busy with fire fighting all the time. The result was twice as effective and less rewarding.
