回顾分析笔者近15年来在病房无X线影像引导下为患者安装临时起搏器45例,全部采用左锁骨下静脉穿刺,均在30分钟内完成操作并且起搏成功。所用起搏电极均为球囊漂浮电极,球囊漂浮电极大约在到达右心房位置时充气,出现心室起搏图形时放气,然后固定。此方法简单易行,特别适用于一般状况不好,不适宜搬运到心脏导管室的病人。结论在无X线定位的条件下,使用左锁骨下静脉通道,采用球囊漂浮电极是床旁临时心脏起搏的最简便易行的方法 。
Retrospective analysis of the author nearly 15 years in the ward without X-ray image-guided installation of 45 patients with temporary pacemaker, all with left subclavian vein puncture, were completed within 30 minutes and pacing success. The pacemaker electrodes used were all balloon floating electrodes. The balloon floating electrode was inflated approximately at the right atrium position, deflated when ventricular pacing occurred, and then fixed. This method is simple and easy to use, especially suitable for the general condition is not good, not suitable for patients to be transported to the cardiac catheterization room. Conclusions In the absence of X-ray positioning, the use of left subclavian vein access and the use of balloon-floating electrodes are the easiest ways to place temporary cardiac pacing on the bedside.
