文章阐述信息工程方法论在总体数据规划中的应用，以厦门港MIS总体数据规划建设过程为背景，从目的、方法及过程上论述总体规划过程中的一些经验、教训。
The article expounds the application of information engineering methodology in overall data planning. Taking the overall planning and construction of MIS in Xiamen Port as a background, this paper discusses some experiences and lessons learned from the overall planning process from the purpose, method and process.
