我国在很早便认识到健身对于促进国民身体素质提升的重要作用,建立了《全民健身计划纲要》作为全民健身工作的指导,与此同时社会经济的发展进步,使得人们对于自身生活质量的要求也逐渐提高,人们的自主健身欲望和需求不断提高,但是在全民健身工作发展的过程中,却面临很多限制因素制约全面健身计划的落实和发展,本文通过对高校体育资源如何为全面健身服务进行深入的探究,分析目前全面健身计划发展面临的制约因素,并应用高校体育资源为全民健身服务的可行策略,旨在促进全民健身计划的有效落实,进而促进国民身体素质的提高。
