运用工业工程理论，对ND5型机车现行简易大修流程进行分析，提出改进措施，使大修时间由原来的30多天缩短至20天。
Using the theory of industrial engineering, the current simple overhaul flow of ND5 locomotive is analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward to shorten the overhaul time from 30 days to 20 days.
