1.绪论由于齿轮的摩擦损失一般较低,所以在实用上仅着眼于效率的时候,这个问题并无重要意义。然而,由于齿轮的摩擦损失带来齿面温度上升,使摩擦损耗增大,这就和齿轮的强度有直接关系。因此,减少齿轮的摩擦损失,就成为增大齿轮的承载能力的重要手段之一。作者打算以最近发表的NIEMANN的研究为中心,根据其它一些研究结果,来叙述齿轮摩擦损失的概况,并从实际出发分析产生齿面点蚀,胶合刮伤和齿轮摩擦损失之间的关系,然后来研究这里所涉及的问题。
1. INTRODUCTION Because of the generally low friction losses of gears, this issue is of no significance when it comes to practically only efficiency.
