激励政策的有效运用能够促进企业良好运行,是企业人力资源管理中比较重要的一个环节。而要想改善现代企业的经营状况,做好人力资源的管理,一套行之有效的激励方法至关重要。基于此,本文就人力资源管理中的激励问题的含义和作用、运用等方面进行分析,以期调动员工的积极性、创造性,挖掘人力资源的潜能,发挥激励政策在人力资源开发中的作用。
The effective use of incentive policies to promote the good operation of enterprises is an important part of enterprise human resources management. In order to improve the operation status of modern enterprises and manage the human resources well, a well-established set of incentives is essential. Based on this, this paper analyzes the meaning, function and application of motivation in human resource management in order to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of staff, to tap the potential of human resources and to play the role of incentive policies in the development of human resources.
