高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的水平直接影响着复合型人才的培养。目前国内高职院校国际贸易专业“双师型”教师队伍建设存在对“双师型”标准认识不统一、教师队伍数量与质量不均衡等诸多问题,这严重制约了国际贸易专业“双师型”教师队伍的建设与进步。高职院校应通过积极推进高职教师结构改革,完善“双师型”教师培训机制,建立科学的考核机制等,打造一支高水平、专业能力过硬的师资队伍。
