一、概况东风(?)型内燃机车用16240 Z 柴油机在使用中,曾发生配气机构横臂跳槽、导管折断、气门下陷等故障,拆检后发现凸轮轴的凸轮型面磨损快、啃伤比较多,影响机车的正常运用。为了查明故障原因,于1975年12月在大连机车厂0069号多缸柴油机上进行了配气机构动力学的全面试验测量。通过对试验数据的分析和电子计算机的计算,指出16240 Z 柴油机配气机构存在的主要问题是振动大,整个机构受力过大,需要改善配气机构的动力学性能。改善受力情况以减轻振动要从改进凸轮型面着手。
