以“杭茄一号”茄子为试材,设置热带地区夏秋季棚内不同遮光率(30%、50%、70%、90%)的遮阳网覆盖,以防雨棚内不遮阳为对照,研究了不同遮荫处理对茄子幼苗形态指标、生理指标和光合参数的影响。结果表明:随着棚内遮阳网遮光率的增大,茄子的形态指标、壮苗指数、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量均呈下降趋势,对照显著高于遮光率为50%、70%、90%的遮阳网处理;遮光率为50%、70%、90%遮阳网处理的质膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于对照和遮光率为30%遮阳网处理;遮光过多抑制茄子的光合作用,对照幼苗在晴天中午12:00~14:00之间光合速率下降明显。因此,在热带地区夏秋季防雨棚内育茄子苗可以只在中午高温时段用30%遮光率的遮阳网进行短期遮光,其它时间无需遮阳。
A shade net covering 30%, 50%, 70%, 90% of shading in summer and autumn in the tropics was set up with “HangZhou No.1” The effects of different shading treatments on morphological indexes, physiological indexes and photosynthetic parameters of eggplant seedlings were studied. The results showed that the morphological indexes, seedling index, chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar content of eggplant all showed a decreasing trend with the shading rate of shade net increasing, which was significantly higher than that of 50% and 70% 90% shading treatment; shading rate of 50%, 70%, 90% shading treatment of plasma membrane permeability and malondialdehyde (MDA) content was significantly higher than the control and shading rate of 30% shading treatment; shading More inhibition of photosynthesis of eggplant, control seedlings in the sunny noon between 12:00 PM to 14:00 photosynthetic rate decreased significantly. Therefore, in the tropical summer rain shelter canned eggplant seedlings can only short-term shading at 30% shading sunshade at noon high temperature, shade the rest of the time.
