本文主要研究竹沥液在高得率竹浆返黄中的影响。以粉单竹为原料采用机械压榨法制取竹沥液,比较竹沥液在紫外光返黄前后成分的变化,以及竹沥液对竹子APMP制浆漂白性能的影响。实验结果表明,竹沥液经紫外光老化返黄后,在基本指标方面,其pH值、折光率、密度、吸光度分别提高0.55、17.46%、1.58%、61.61%。利用紫外光谱和GC-MS分析发现紫外光返黄后,竹沥液生成更多的发色或助色基团。实验发现竹沥液吸附在原料和竹浆中进行APMP的制浆和漂白,会使纸张白度降低,返黄程度增加,对漂白性能的影响更为显著。
This paper mainly studies bamboo leachate in the high yield bamboo pulp back to yellow. Taking bamboo powder as raw material, the bamboo liquid was prepared by mechanical pressing method. The changes of composition of bamboo leachate before and after ultraviolet light yellowing were compared. The influence of bamboo leachate on bamboo pulp APMP pulping and bleaching properties was also compared. The experimental results showed that the pH value, refractive index, density and absorbance of bamboo leachate increased by 0.55, 17.46%, 1.58% and 61.61%, respectively, after returning to yellow after ultraviolet light aging. Uv spectra and GC-MS analysis showed that after the UV light yellowing, bamboo leachate generated more hair color or auxiliary groups. The experiment found that the bamboo leachate adsorbed in the raw materials and bamboo pulp APMP pulping and bleaching will reduce the whiteness of the paper, the degree of reverting yellow, the bleaching performance is more significant.
