本文报告了氟中毒山羊骨骼抗压强度试验,并与骨氟、骨钙及钙磷比值进行比较。结果氟中毒山羊骨骼强度普遍降低,骨氟、骨钙含量及钙磷比值显著增高,与对照组比较差异非常显著,说明氟中毒时骨骼强度降低是骨氟及骨钙磷代谢紊乱的结果。这一试验结果为氟中毒的劳动能力鉴定提供了科学依据。
This paper reports the test of the bone compressive strength of goat with fluorosis, and compared with the ratio of bone fluoride, bone calcium and calcium and phosphorus. Results The skeletal strength of fluorosis poisoning goats generally decreased, the content of bone fluoride, bone calcium and calcium-phosphorus ratio increased significantly compared with the control group, indicating that the decrease of skeletal strength in fluorosis was the result of disorder of bone fluoride and osteocalcin metabolism. The test results provide a scientific basis for the identification of labor ability of fluorosis.
