针对我国目前尾矿的环境污染问题,利用尾矿砂作为主要原料制备加气混凝土,通过正交试验设计(L_9(3~4)),运用权矩阵分析不同配比条件下加气砌块的干密度和力学性能.结果表明:水泥用量为150g,石灰用量为96g,尾矿砂用量为420g,水料质量比为0.55时,加气混凝土的性能最优.采用自主研发的稳态平板导热仪测量砌块导热系数,实验结果说明砌块保温性能较好,可用于制备装配式预制保温墙体.最后,对仪器的实用性、创新性以及热电偶标定技术的精确性进行了验证.
Aiming at the problem of environmental pollution in tailings in our country, tailings sand is used as main raw material to prepare aerated concrete. Through orthogonal design (L_9 (3 ~ 4)), the weight matrix Density and mechanical properties of the aerated concrete.The results showed that the performance of aerated concrete was the best when the dosage of cement was 150g, the dosage of lime was 96g, the dosage of tailings was 420g and the mass ratio of water to material was 0.55. The experimental results show that the block has good thermal insulation properties and can be used to prepare fabricated prefabricated thermal insulation wall.Finally, the practicability and innovation of the instrument as well as the accuracy of thermocouple calibration technology are verified.
