近10年来,美国关岛婴儿中沙门氏菌病发病率很高。为查明该病与饮食因素的关系,作者进行了此次病例一对照研究。病例组为78例出生在关岛,年龄不足1岁,经临床和实验室检查证实为沙门氏菌性腹泻的患者;对照组为167例出生在关岛,年龄及出生季节与病例组相似的缝康婴儿。调查方法是向婴儿的父母询问婴儿发生腹泻的时间、母乳喂养状况,断奶者尚需了解常用食品的种类等。根据食品商标说明书将食品含铁量分为两种类型,即低铁类(<10 mg/L)
In the past 10 years, there is a high incidence of Salmonellosis among infants in Guam. To identify the relationship between the disease and dietary factors, the authors conducted a case-control study. In the case group, 78 patients were born in Guam, under the age of 1, and were confirmed as Salmonella diarrhea by clinical and laboratory tests. In the control group, 167 were born in Guam, with similar age and birth season. The survey method is to ask the baby’s parents about the baby’s diarrhea time, breastfeeding status, weaning still need to know the type of commonly used foods. According to the food labeling instructions, the iron content of food is divided into two types, namely, low iron (<10 mg / L)
