我们以礼河电厂是一个有着40年历史的老厂,地处边远山区,交通不便,因而企业办社会的现象十分突出。如企业中设有职工子弟学校(过去曾是完全中学)、幼儿园、职工医院、水电队(自来水厂和配电室)和总务科等,给企业的生产经营带来了极大的负担。从1996年开始,我们逐步对生活后勤工作进行了改革,1999年迈出了实质性的一步,取得了十分显著的经济效益和社效益。党的十五届四中全会召开以后,我们回过头去审视,认为我们的做法符合中央的《决定》精神。这说明我们的路子走对了,同时也更加坚定了我们在改革这
Our Lihe Power Plant is an old factory with a history of 40 years. It is located in remote mountainous areas and the transportation is inconvenient. Therefore, the phenomenon of enterprises running the society is very prominent. For example, there are workers’ and children’s schools in the company (in the past, they were completely secondary schools), kindergartens, workers’ hospitals, water and electricity teams (waterworks and power distribution rooms), general affairs departments, etc., which brought a great burden to the company’s production and operation. Since 1996, we have gradually reformed the logistics of life. In 1999, we took a substantial step and achieved very significant economic and social benefits. After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee was convened, we went back and looked at it and thought that our approach was in line with the spirit of the “Decision” of the Central Committee. This shows that our way is right and it also strengthens our reform.
