采用电沉积方法制备了 Ni- Mo- Co非晶态合金 .在 p H=9.5 ,t=40~ 5 0℃条件下 ,研究了不同镍钴摩尔比的电镀液对合金镀层性质的影响 .用扫描电镜 ,能谱色散 X射线分析仪和 X射线衍射技术分别检测了 Ni- Mo- Co合金的表观形貌、镀层中元素组成和晶态结构 .结果表明 ,电沉积 Ni- Mo- Co合金外观呈银白色 ,表面光滑细致 ,为非晶态结构 .采用线性扫描和交流阻抗技术研究了 Ni- Mo- Co合金电极在 1mol/ L Na OH溶液中的析氢催化性能 .
The Ni-Mo-Co amorphous alloy was prepared by electrodeposition method, and the effects of different Ni / Co molar ratios on the properties of the alloy coating were studied at p H = 9.5 and t = 40 ~ Scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analyzer and X-ray diffraction were used to detect the morphology, elemental composition and crystalline structure of the Ni-Mo-Co alloy.The results show that the electrodeposited Ni-Mo-Co alloy Its appearance is silvery white, its surface is smooth and detailed, its structure is amorphous.The catalytic performance of Ni-Mo-Co alloy electrode in 1 mol / L NaOH solution was studied by linear sweep and AC impedance techniques.
