通过二十多年的教学实践和学校管理实践,笔者深刻体会到,学校的民主化管理,是保证全体教职工行使当家作主权力,调动教职工积极性,办好学校、提升教育教学成绩的不竭动力。只有学校领导者有了民主意识、民主作风、民主精神,各项管理工作才能得到广大师生员工的拥护和支持,学校的整体活力就会大大提升。下面,笔者简单谈一下自己在学校民主化管理工作中的几点做法和体会。一、民主化管理首先必须明确“民主”的本质和内涵
