我厂生产的 X5525高速铣床,有两种三球杆零件。其中一种如图1所示。原生产三球杆工艺路线:铣φ38两端面→划线找中心→钻φ22D 底孔→车床上镗铰φ22D 孔成→立式钻床钻铰φ14D_4孔成→划φ14D_4孔端面。采用这种工艺路线,生产效率低,加工精度有时还达不到图纸要求。现采用如图2所示钻模,在摇臂钻床加工,只需一次装夹,完成钻铰φ22D 和φ14D_4孔成→立式钻床划φ22D 和φ14D_4孔端面。经检查φ22D孔中心线偏移球φ38中心
