为有效解决连续配筋混凝土路面(简称CRCP)不规则裂缝问题,运用解析法分析了相邻横向裂缝间CRCP收缩应力,得到混凝土最大收缩应力和裂缝处位移的计算公式;对车辆荷载作用下裂缝间距较小的板进行疲劳分析,得到与冲断相关的不同裂缝间距板的疲劳方程。在考虑CRCP不再二次开裂、满足裂缝宽度要求和不冲断的条件下,并考虑混凝土强度的变异性,对主动控制裂缝间距进行了研究,给出了计算主动控制裂缝间距的实例,计算结果表明给定条件下CRCP裂缝主动控制的合理裂缝间距为0.6~1.2 m。
In order to effectively solve the problem of irregular cracks in continuous reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP), the formula of CRCP shrinkage stress between adjacent transverse cracks was analyzed and the formula of maximum shrinkage stress and displacement of concrete was obtained. The fatigue analysis of the plates with smaller spacing gives the fatigue equation of the plates with different cracks in relation to the thrust. Taking account of the fact that the CRCP is not to be cracked twice, the crack width is required and the thrust is not impacted, and considering the variability of concrete strength, the active control of the crack spacing is studied. An example of calculating the active control crack spacing is given. The results show that the reasonable crack spacing for the active control of CRCP fractures under given conditions is 0.6 ~ 1.2 m.
