经动物实验证明,本文报告的用于测定心肌组织pO_2的微氧电极可用于直接、连续地追踪心肌组织pO_2的变化,可作为急性心肌缺血实验研究的一个较灵敏的方法。
Animal experiments show that the microelectrode reported in this paper can be used to directly and continuously track the change of pO_2 in myocardium tissue, which can be used as a sensitive method in the experimental study of acute myocardial ischemia.
