目的:观察鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢大鼠雌激素水平及学习记忆功能的影响。方法:摘除Wistar大鼠双侧卵巢造模,鹰嘴豆芽素A(5、20 mg/kg)灌胃给药,实验过程监测体重,12周后通过放射免疫计数法测定血清中雌激素水平,Morris水迷宫观察鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果:鹰嘴豆芽素A在5~20 mg/kg剂量范围内均能显著提高去卵巢大鼠体内雌激素水平,增强大鼠的学习记忆能力。结论:鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢导致的大鼠学习和记忆能力下降有改善作用,其机制可能与其提高去卵巢大鼠的雌激素水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of chickpea splenicin A on estrogen level and learning and memory function in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Bilateral ovarian models of Wistar rats were enucleated and chickpea splenic A (5, 20 mg / kg) was orally administered. Body weight was monitored during the experiment. Estrogen levels in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay 12 weeks later. Morris water maze to observe the effects of chickpea sp. A on learning and memory in ovariectomized rats. Results: Chickpea spider A significantly increased estrogen levels in ovariectomized rats and enhanced the learning and memory ability of rats in the dose range of 5-20 mg / kg. Conclusions: The results showed that chickpea splenocin A could ameliorate the decline of learning and memory in ovariectomized rats. The mechanism may be related to the estrogen level of ovariectomized rats.
