高等值物的远缘杂交,是创造新基因型材料的一个重要途径,在甜菜远缘杂交中,利用同工酶技术来分析研究亲本及其后代的遗传关系,至今尚未见到这方面的报导。1979—1980年我们将一批野生材料进行了初步的观察和得用,通过四年的田间及温室工作,获得了一些远缘杂交种子,我们对杂交种子中部份材料进行了酶学及其它方面的研究,在过氧化物酶同工酶的分析以及部份生物学的观察中所获得的结果如下。
