爆磁压缩发生器常用来驱动脉冲调制器,在二极管上产生高功率短脉冲。进行了两个100 kA动态级联型爆磁压缩发生器延时驱动一台由脉冲变压器和脉冲形成线构成的脉冲调制器的实验。两个爆磁压缩发生器由延时起爆器延时20 ms起爆并用熔断丝进行相互电隔离,在负载二极管上产生了间隔约20 ms、功率大于20 GW的两个脉冲。实验表明:用更多的爆磁压缩发生器驱动单台脉冲功率调制器产生多脉冲的方案是可行的,该方法可用于大功率重频加速器中脉冲功率器件的电恢复性能测试。
Burst magnetic compression generators are commonly used to drive pulse modulators to generate high-power short pulses on diodes. Two 100kA dynamic cascaded burst compression generators were used to delay the driving of a pulse modulator consisting of a pulse transformer and a pulse-forming line. Two burst magnetic compression generators detonated by a delay detonator delay of 20 ms and fuse with the fuse electrically isolated from each other in the load diode interval of about 20 ms, the power of more than 20 GW of two pulses. Experiments show that it is feasible to generate multi-pulse by using more burst compression generator to drive single pulse power modulator, which can be used to test the electrical recovery performance of pulse power devices in high power re-accelerators.
