在惠州市第二期园长任职培训班实践考察课程中,对我国幼儿园早期阅读教育活动中的幼小衔接工作现状进行了考察对比,发现目前多数幼儿园在早期阅读活动的幼小衔接工作中依然存在较严重的小学化倾向问题。在《指南》指导下,结合多年幼儿园早期阅读教育经验,认为幼儿园早期阅读活动中幼小衔接问题产生的根源在教育观念、教学内容、教学形式等方面。并针对以上问题对幼儿园早期阅读活动中的幼小衔接工作提出建议。
