8ЧН26/26型柴油机在ЧМЭ3型内燃机车上的试验结果表明:在调车内燃机车工况谱中占主要地位的小负荷工况下,柴油机的燃油消耗量较大。文内对借助燃油喷束参数和燃烧室参数相匹配的方法降低燃油消耗量的一些因素进行了分析。对燃油喷射距离作了计算,对如何减少沉落在燃烧室壁上的燃油量提出了措施,从而保证机车各种工况下燃油消耗量降低,并且不恶化全功率时的参数。
The test results of the 8ЧН26 / 26 diesel engine on the ЧМЭ3 diesel locomotive show that the diesel engine consumes a large amount of fuel under the light load conditions that dominate the operating condition of the diesel locomotive. The paper analyzes some of the factors that reduce fuel consumption by matching fuel injection parameters and combustion chamber parameters. The fuel injection distance was calculated and measures were taken to reduce the amount of fuel falling on the wall of the combustion chamber so as to reduce the fuel consumption under various working conditions of the locomotive and not worsen the parameters at full power.
