目的 :研究涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌的临床病理和免疫组织化学特点。方法 :应用HE、PAS、PTAH染色和免疫组化ABC法对 7例涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌进行观察。结果 :7例涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌位于腮腺 3例 ,颌下腺和舌下腺各1例 ,腭部 2例。组织学上检查见 7例均具特征性的大嗜酸粒细胞 ,细胞异形性明显 ,核分裂易见并呈浸润性生长等。免疫组化结果发现 ,5种标记蛋白在正常腺上皮和腺淋巴瘤中均呈强阳性表达 ;而涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌中α1 ACT和α1 AT为中度阳性着色 ,TF、LF和CEA则为轻度阳性表达。结论 :涎腺大嗜酸粒细胞癌具有特征性大嗜酸性粒细胞并呈浸润性生长 ,α1 ACT、α1 AT、TF、LF、CEA在大嗜酸粒细胞呈阳性表达。
Objective: To study the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of salivary eosinophilic carcinoma. Methods: Seven cases of salivary glandular eosinophilic carcinoma were observed by HE, PAS, PTAH staining and immunohistochemical ABC method. Results: Seven cases of salivary glandular eosinophilic carcinoma were located in the parotid gland, one in the submandibular gland and sublingual gland, and two in the palate. Histological examination found in 7 cases were characterized by eosinophils, cell abnormalities were obvious, mitotic easily seen and invasive growth. The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the five marker proteins were strongly positive in normal glandular epithelium and adenolymphoma, while α1 ACT and α1 AT in salivary glandular eosinophilic carcinoma were moderately positive staining. TF, LF and CEA was mild positive expression. Conclusion: Eosinophilic salivary gland carcinoma has eosinophilic granulocytes with infiltrative growth and positive expression of α1TACT, α1 AT, TF, LF and CEA in eosinophils.
