钢板在气割时,往往会因热输入量不平衡而产生变形。尤其是窄条钢板,由于它的抗弯截面小,旁弯变形会更大,所以使用前必须进行矫正。但是,采用一般的压力矫正难免会在工件上留下压痕、凹坑等痕迹,所以对于切断面有直线度要求的工件,矫正后还需进行刨边加工。既费事又麻烦。为此,我厂针对窄长钢板条变形的规律,合理地设计了气割工艺。采用打孔气割方法来切割窄长条钢板,基本上消除了工件的旁弯变形。
