针对北方寒冷地区气候特点,分析沼气工程运行过程中的热损失因素,包括罐体不同部位的散热、进出料过程热交换损失、加温循环管的散热等。研究沼气锅炉、太阳能、发电机组余热等增温方式,并分析不同增温方式的热利用效率。以哈尔滨双城市沼气工程为例,计算该工程不同因素的总热量损失,得出冬季和全年平均每天的热能损耗分别为14694.39和12185.68 MJ。通过分析该工程中几种增温方法,得出冬季和全年平均每天维持工程正常运转还需增加的热能分别为3887.20、1377.36 MJ。计算工程消耗热能与产生沼气热能,该工程在冬季和全年产生沼气的能量效益分别为43.12%、52.84%。
In view of the climatic characteristics in the cold northern area, the heat loss factors during the operation of the biogas project are analyzed, including the heat dissipation in different parts of the tank, the heat exchange loss in the process of entering and exiting the raw material, and the heat dissipation of the heating circulating pipe. Research biogas boilers, solar energy, generating units heat and other warming methods, and analysis of different heating methods of thermal efficiency. Taking the biogas project in Harbin as an example, the total heat loss of different factors of the project was calculated, and the average daily heat loss in winter and annual was 14694.39 and 12185.68 MJ, respectively. By analyzing several warming methods in this project, it is concluded that the average heat energy required to maintain the normal operation of the project in winter and throughout the year is 3887.20 and 1377.36 MJ, respectively. The energy consumption of biogas generation in winter and annual calculation are calculated as 43.12% and 52.84%, respectively.
