一、墩柱的双向偏心荷载强度验算《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTJ021—85)的荷载组合,对于桥墩、柱可能出现双向偏心受压或双向弯曲受压,例如横桥向风力与其他纵向可变荷载组合。但是,在《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTJ023—85)内,缺少双向偏心受压或双向弯曲受压的规定,给桥墩设计带来不足用之处,现介绍国内外有关规范的几个简易计算方法。
