在高温深井钻井过程中,要求钻井液在高温高密度下能有效满足钻井工程及地质录井的要求。因此,就要求使用各种性能优良的抗高温高密度钻井液。本文着重研究抗高温高密度的水基钻井液配方及其性能。该配方的建立采用单因素法确定降粘剂、降失水剂、高温防塌抑制剂、高温稳定剂等几种主要处理剂的加量,进行钻井液的优组优配,形成一套老化前后流变性能及失水造壁性能较好的抗高温高密度水基钻井液。
In the process of drilling at high temperature and high temperature, drilling fluid is required to effectively meet the requirements of drilling engineering and geological logging at high temperature and high density.
