以铑 -钌 (Rh -Ru)双金属催化剂对丁腈胶 (NBR)进行均相溶液加氢动力学研究。分别考察了该催化剂体系的加氢活性、加氢速率和选择性。经加氢实验表明 ,该催化剂对NBR加氢的较佳工艺条件为 :氢气压力 1 4MPa ;温度 145℃ ,反应时间 4~ 5h ,使NBR加氢度≥ 98%。此外还求得各因素的反应级数 ,并得到该催化剂的NBR加氢动力学方程 :-d[CC]/dt=k[CC]1 70 p1 17[Rh -Ru]1 30 ,反应温度 115~ 145℃时的加氢反应活化能为 13 17kJ/mol。
Homogeneous solution hydrogenation kinetics of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with rhodium-ruthenium (Rh-Ru) bimetallic catalyst. The hydrogenation activity, hydrogenation rate and selectivity of the catalyst system were investigated respectively. Hydrogenation experiments show that the catalyst for NBR hydrogenation process conditions are as follows: hydrogen pressure 14MPa; temperature 145 ℃, the reaction time 4 ~ 5h, so that NBR hydrogenation degree ≥ 98%. In addition, the reaction order of each factor was calculated and the NBR hydrogenation kinetic equation of the catalyst was obtained: -d [CC] / dt = k [CC] 1 70 p1 17 [Rh-Ru] 130, reaction temperature 115 The hydrogenation activation energy at ~ 145 ℃ is 13 17kJ / mol.
